The Robberson Family and the Cop Chase

Anders Sparring & Per Gustavsson

Hey there buddy! Do you recognize me? You do, don’t you? I’m the dog in the family. I’ve been for as long as I can remember. Maybe my whole life?

Cop, family Robberson’s dog, narrates from his special perspective what it’s like to live with the family in every other chapter in this book. Everything is pretty much a walk in the park, except when a new tough cop begins working at the police station – even the Robbersson’s police neighbor, Paul Eesman, is a bit afraid of him. He walks around checking that everyone has receipts for everything they have, so that there is no stealing going on. If you don’t have a receipt, you are thrown in jail.

“You love the Robberson family from the first page – especially the decent Ture, who always gets involved in crimes without meaning to. A very funny and exciting book – perfect for early readers, but also for reading aloud. With lots of colourful illustrations that add an extra dose of humour to the story.” NDR Mikado Redaktion

“A particularly enjoyable read-aloud or early reader book, illustrated in colour throughout.” Wetterauer Zeitung, Gießener Allgemeine, Alsfelder Allgemeine
