Katarina Strömgård

Katarina Strömgård, born in 1971, is an illustrator and author. She made her debut as a children’s book illustrator in 1999 and has since illustrated a large number of children’s books as well as created her own picture books. Her books often inhabit the space between reality and fantasy. In 2005, she was awarded the August Prize for her illustrations in Eddie Bolander och jag (Eddie Bolander and I), written by Bo R Holmberg.
