Missing Cats

Daniel Carlsten

People say that if you love someone you have to let them go. Easier said than done, right? Well, maybe it is easier if you know they’re going to have a great time.
Missing Cats is a book that brings hope to everyone who had a cat that went lost. What if your cat is not gone, but rather went to do something it really enjoyed? For example, going for a delicious meal, seeing a friend, taking a nap or shopping for toys… The cats in this book are having the time of their life. Based on what most cats love, each illustration brings the young reader into a world where it is easy to see why a cat may want some time on its own, to explore and have fun.

Daniel Carlsten is a Swedish illustrator, designer and art director. Between 2004-2009 he was an art director at Acne.
