Do you know the city of Chapeau? To see it you need three things: a stereoscope, a moonlit night, and the wind. In Chapeau, the wind dominates, and although it blows away all kind of things, including memories, its inhabitants don’t seem to bother about it too much. They use the wind as a mean of transportation and organize incredible kite competitions. What they really cannot stand is when the wind takes their hats away!
Most blown away objects end up at the very busy Lost and Found Office, but the hats mysteriously disappear, and are lost forever. So far no one has discovered where they end up!
In the city of Chapeau nothing is forever, everything goes fast – his story too!
